Please note that the HTAsiaLink Conference 2025 is open to members only. If you are not yet a member and would like to register for the conference, we warmly invite you to apply for HTAsiaLink individual membership here.

Important Information on Registration

Registration for the HTAsiaLink Conference 2025 and Pre-Conference Workshops is on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited capacity, registrations will not be accepted if the maximum conference capacity is reached.

For all confirmed registrations, requests for cancellations or refunds will not be accepted. However, if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your pass to another individual within the same group. Please email htasialink2025@mmgroup.com.sg no later than 1 August 2025 for the transfer of a conference pass.

Photography & Videography

Professional photography and videography will take place during the event. By participating, you consent to the Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) using your images for publicity, including the website and other digital or print channels.
